Payment Methods

I will let you know when your payment arrives and when I intend to mail out your order.

I do not accept returns, so make your choice wisely

USA Orders -- these are the only forms of payment that I will accept:

Money orders or Certified Bank Checks --  I prefer the postal variety, but any grocery store or bank money order or certified check will do just fine.

Personal Checks -- When I receive your check, I will hold your order for a minimum of 10 (ten) days pending clearance.  I know that you are an honest person and I understand that some checks may clear sooner, but I have no way of calling your bank to find this out, because it’s considered private information and due to US privacy laws, no bank will give out any info on any check.  If your check bounces for any reason, you will be responsible for the bounced check fee (minimum of $15) and will need to Express mail me a Postal Money Order or Cash to replace the check that bounced.

Cash -- I will accept cash in the form of US dollars or Japanese yen only.  Most countries, including the US and Japan do not condone and will not replace lost funds, whether insured or not.  Though I do suggest that if you must send me cash, that you mail it via registered or express mail.

Please note:  I do NOT accept credit cards online or over the telephone.  This includes any form of credit card processing service, such as Paypal or Billpointe.  I also do not accept any form of wire transfer, including postal, bank or Western Union.

International (Eastern Europe, Latin America, Hong Kong, Middle East) Orders  --

Due to the high risk of having mail lost via regular airmail from countries in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Hong Kong and the Middle East, I can only accept US dollars Cash or Japanese yen Cash via an overnight insured carrier, such as Express Mail, UPS Express, Fedex, Airborne Express etc. (your choice) and I will ship to you also using an over night insured carrier (my choice).  Your cash must be received within 7 days, which is enough time for an express service or your order will be automaticly canceled.  Sorry to be so strict with this, but I don't want to risk anything getting lost and anyone being unhappy. 

International (All other Non-USA) Countries these are the only forms of payment that I will accept:

Postage Cost

USA Orders -- includes delivery confirmation or insurance, as needed.  Insurance is  included in the postage cost of all non-supplies orders over $50.

Cels & Clear Files -- Postage will be $5.50 on orders up to a value of $50.  Postage with insurance on orders valued at up to $100 will be $6.50.   If the value exceeds $100 or if the cels you are purchasing are Oversized, there will be a supplemental  insurance and/or postage charge added, depending on the added weight and value of the package.

Cel  Supplies --  Postage is included in the cost of the supplies.  If you wish insurance or Delivery Confirmation when purchasing these items alone, please let me know when you place your order and I will add in the cost.  If you are ordering other flat items that will fit in the package along with your supplies, there will be no additional postage up to a $50 value of the items total, including the supplies.  If the value exceeds $50, there will be a supplemental  insurance and/or postage charge added, depending on the added weight and value of the package.

LDs & CDs -- Postage with insurance will be $5.50 on orders up to a value of $50 and $6.50  on orders valued at up to $100.   If the value exceeds $100, there will be a supplemental  insurance and/or postage charge added, depending on the added weight and value of the package.

Pencil Boards -- Postage with Delivery Confirmation will be $4 on orders up to $30 and $4.50 on orders up to $50.  Postage with insurance on orders valued at up to $100 will be $6.   If the value exceeds $100, there will be a supplemental  insurance and/or postage charge added, depending on the added weight and value of the package.

Pencil Board Supplies -- Postage will be $4 on the first item and $2 for each additional item up to a value of $50. If you wish Insurance or Delivery Confirmation when purchasing these items alone, please let me know when you place your order and I will add in the cost.  If you are ordering other flat items that will fit in the package along with your supplies, it will count as 2 items and there will be no additional postage up to a $50 value of the items total, including the supplies.  If the value exceeds $50, there will be a supplemental  insurance and/or postage charge added, depending on the added weight and value of the package.

 Phone Cards -- Postage with insurance will be $5 on orders valued at up to $50 and $6 on orders valued at up to $100.   If the value exceeds $100, there will be a supplemental  insurance charge added, depending on the added value of the package.

Trading Cards by the Box -- Postage and insurance will be $5.50 for the first box and $1.50 for each additional box.

UFO Dolls and other Plushies:  Postage with Delivery Confirmation will be $4 on orders up to $30 and $4.50 on orders up to $50.  Postage with insurance on orders valued at up to $100 will be $6.   If the value exceeds $100, there will be a supplemental  insurance and/or postage charge added, depending on the added weight and value of the package.

Other Items & Mixed Item Orders :  Due to the variety of item sizes and values, it’s difficult to determine in advance what the exact weight and value of your package will be, therefore the correct postage/insurance will be determined when I send out your confirmation.

When you place your order, I will package it up and get back to you within the week with a final cost, including postage. 

International (All other Non-USA) Countries --   Normally I ship Uninsured Global Priority air mail so that your item(s) will get to you as fast as possible.  Please inform me in advance if you wish insurance or if you wish your item shipped a different way.

Cels & Clear Files -- Postage will be $15 via Global Priority (3 - 5 days) on as many standard sized cels that will fit in the postal issue box (about 10 maximum).  Backgrounded and Oversized cels are sent regular Air Mail and the cost will be determined after I take your package to the post office to be weighed.

Pencil Boards -- Postage will be $11 via Global Priority (3 - 5 days) for as many pencil boards as can fit in the standard postal issue envelope (usually about 25).  If you order more boards than will fit in the envelope, your order will then be sent via regular Air Mail and the cost will be determined after I take your package to the post office to be weighed.
 
Phone Cards -- Postage will be $6 via Global Priority (3 - 5 days) for as many phone cards as will fit in the standard issue half size envelope (about 100).

Other Items & Mixed Item Orders :  Due to the variety of item sizes and values, it’s difficult to determine in advance what the exact weight and value of some items will be, therefore I would need to package your items up and take them to the post office to determine the final cost. When I do this, I will get back to you within the week with a final cost.

Time & Temperature at Noriko’s:
